Job description

• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for landscaping, irrigation, soil works, planting, and other landscape elements.
• Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure accurate and feasible estimates.
• Submit and manage tender documentation within required deadlines.
• Provide tender clarifications as required.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of rates and suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum [2+] years of experience in estimating within landscaping is mandatory,
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of landscaping materials, methods, and construction processes.
