Job summary

ADSC Facilities Services in the UAE is seeking a Landscape Supervisor to lead on-site landscaping maintenance projects and ensure work meets quality standards.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Horticulture/ Landscaping, 3–5 years in landscaping with at least 2 in supervision, solid irrigation and turf knowledge, plant care, pruning, pest control and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation systems, turf management, plant care, pruning, pest control, and fertilization.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, plan daily work schedules, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed to quality standards.
• UAE driving license is a must.
