Job Description

Overview:

Result-driven Landscaping Project Manager to lead our landscaping division, covering softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and swimming pool works. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both commercial and residential projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with sales in closing deals and to drive project execution in coordination with engineering and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Execution:
   • Lead end-to-end project delivery across residential compounds, commercial sites, and luxury villa developments.
   • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-time completion.
   • Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
   • Partner with the sales team to provide technical support during client meetings and tender stages.
   • Assist in estimations, BOQs, technical documentation, and project proposals.
   • Participate in client negotiations and presentations to support successful deal closures.
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Ensure proper integration of irrigation systems, pool construction, and landscape design elements in all projects.
   • Review technical drawings and suggest practical, cost-effective solutions.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
   • Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
   • Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and handovers to clients.
4. Client Relations & Handover:
   • Act as the point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
   • Oversee final inspections, approvals, and project handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in both commercial and residential landscaping.
• In-depth knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and swimming pool works.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project planning tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is required.
