We are seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+ years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Competencies:

• Degree qualified in landscaping, preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership).
• Minimum 9+ years relevant experience in Landscape.
• Experience in Architecture Site Supervision, documentation, and site implementation.
• Review and check all Landscape shop drawings, approve materials submittals & method statements submitted by the contractor, and provide solutions using SketchUp modeling. Conduct site coordination and inspections.
• Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly.
• Maintain records of daily activities on site, including progress photos, for inspection readiness.
• Prepare Site Instructions (SI) for work deficiencies and Nonconformance Reports (NCR) as needed.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or lead a small team, creating designs suitable for the Middle East environment.
