AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+ years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Competencies:

  • Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership).
  • Candidates will ideally have minimum 9+ years relevant working experience in Landscape.
  • Architecture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation.
  • In charge of reviewing and checking all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittals & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solutions using SketchUp for modeling. Site coordination and inspection.
  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as required.
  • Prepare Site Instructions (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if needed.
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently or lead a small team of discipline-specific individuals and create designs relevant to the Middle East environment.
