Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Technical Manager / Project Manager in the UAE with strong landscape, irrigation, swimming pool and MEP exposure. You will lead technical execution, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams to ensure delivery according to drawings, specs, quality standards and schedules.

You will supervise project engineers and site personnel, resolve technical issues, support planning and handover activities,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
Proven UAE experience in landscape, irrigation, swimming pool or MEP construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project execution and technical coordination.
Experience working on villa and/or commercial projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the technical execution of landscape, irrigation, swimming pool and MEP projects.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Supervise project engineers, supervisors and technical/site personnel.
Monitor project progress, technical issues, materials and site requirements.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate irrigation, plumbing, mechanical and electrical works with other project disciplines.
Review and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
