Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years gardening experience or equivalent
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
• Good English communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform general gardening duties: planting, watering, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, weeding
• Maintain lawns, hedges, flower beds and garden features
• Operate gardening tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Report dead or diseased plants and take corrective actions
• Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, remove debris and trash
• Assist with landscape installation and seasonal planting activities
• Follow supervisor schedules and instructions
• Ensure proper use and storage of tools and chemicals
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards promptly
