Job summary

Arada in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Landscape Draftsman to produce detailed landscape drawings and as-built packages for project execution. You will translate design concepts into precise drawings, coordinating with design, civil, and site teams to reflect actual site conditions.

The role requires strong knowledge of landscape design, construction detailing, and technical drafting, with a track record of delivering under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in preparing landscape shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating drawings with site engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, landscape, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Landscape Draftsman.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape shop drawings, construction drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings for site execution.
• Develop drawings for landscape works including hardscape, softscape, paving, kerbs, planters, irrigation, drainage, site furniture, landscape structures.
• Translate design concepts and engineering requirements into accurate construction drawings.
• Review drawings for constructability and coordinate with architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records and document control for all landscape drawings.
• Support site team with technical drawings during construction and handover.
