Job description

We are currently hiring for a Landscape Draftsman for a client in Abu Dhabi. This is a 3-month contract with immediate joiner opportunity.

The ideal candidate will ensure the selection of a suitable subconsultant for the shop drawing service for the Reem Hills Ph1 project. The main requirement is the subconsultant's ability to provide detailed landscape shop drawings within a contractual period of 3 months, specifically covering 33 to 36 zones out of 66 zones.

The scope of work includes:

• Scope of Landscape Services
• GA's (General Arrangement Drawings)
• Hardscape
• Softscape
• Furniture
• Lighting
• Water Features
• Sport Courts
• Shade Structures
• Signage and Wayfinding
• Setting Out for the entire scope
• Drawing Sheets

The subconsultant should produce shop drawing sheets as indicated in the attachment, focusing on the zones highlighted in green in the provided documentation. The key requirement is that the subconsultant is experienced in providing detailed landscape shop drawings that meet technical standards and deadlines, covering various landscape elements as outlined above.
