An established industry player is seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsman to prepare detailed landscape and irrigation drawings. In this role, you will interpret design drawings into accurate CAD formats, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of documentation. You will leverage your 5+ years of experience in landscaping projects within the UAE/GCC, showcasing your proficiency in AutoCAD and strong attention to detail. Qualifications

Job description

• Prepare detailed landscape and irrigation shop drawings, sections, and details as per project specifications and standards.
• Interpret landscape design drawings and convert them into accurate and executable CAD drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information or verify drawings.
• Maintain proper documentation of all drawing files and revisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven drafting experience in landscaping projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Background in any landscaping companies in the GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.
• Good understanding of landscape elements including softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
