Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows for landscape, hardscape, softscape, and water features.
• Manage clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure model accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely updates.
• Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes.
• Integrate BIM data with project scheduling and cost estimation tools (4D/5D).
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
