Job description

For our office in Dubai, we are looking for a Landscape Architect (m/f) - 100% position.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the landscape design for infrastructure projects including highways, railways, airports, and public realm developments.
2. Prepare detailed landscape packages, including planting plans, irrigation layouts, and hardscape specifications.
3. Ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with civil and structural designs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Conduct site visits, feasibility reviews, and oversee design implementation to ensure adherence to project scope and quality.
5. Address sustainability, environmental impact, and local authority regulations in all landscape proposals.
6. Support bid preparation and participate in client presentations and technical workshops.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
3. Excellent command of design tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with BIM processes is an advantage.
4. Solid understanding of infrastructure design requirements and experience coordinating with engineering disciplines.
