Job summary

India Abroad in El-Fujairah UAE is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team. The role requires accurate measurement and mapping of land parcels, using AutoCAD/ArcGIS and other CADD tools, with attention to detail and strong data interpretation skills.

The successful candidate will read topographic maps, prepare survey plans, and report results to clients. Degree in land surveying is preferred but not essential; prior experience is required, and a competitive salary of 1,100 (AED) is

Qualifications

Degree in land surveying is preferred but not essential for consideration.
Prior experience in a similar role is required.
Knowledge of boundary law principles and regulations pertaining to land surveying.
Ability to read technical drawings, topographic maps, aerial photographs etc.
Excellent attention to detail when collecting/analyzing data.

Responsibilities

Prepare survey plans using CADD software programs.
Establish fixed points on land parcels/properties using advanced surveying tools.
Collect data from sources such as aerial photography or GIS.
Perform calculations using trigonometry or geometry to determine land boundaries/measurements.
Analyze survey data and draw conclusions about boundaries or measurements.
Identify discrepancies between field measurements and historical records or photographs.
Prepare reports regarding findings from surveys conducted.
Participate in meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss results or project status updates.
