Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for a role in El-Fujairah, UAE. The position involves measuring and mapping land for residential, commercial, and public projects, with a focus on accurate data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities include field surveys with GPS, theodolites, levels, data analysis, CAD-based mapping, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience are required, with AutoCAD knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• 3+ years of work experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency with surveying equipment: GPS, theodolites, levels
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, theodolites, levels, and 3D scanners
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on survey results
• Prepare maps of surveyed areas using CAD software
• Inspect properties to identify discrepancies between legal documents and measurements
• Make sure that all surveys adhere to local laws and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date records of survey operations
