Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Land Surveyor in Ajman, UAE to perform precise land and structure surveys and provide accurate measurements for boundaries. The role requires hands-on use of surveying equipment and interpretation of drawings.

Two years of experience is preferred, with comfortable outdoor work and a willingness to operate in various weather conditions. Knowledge of CAD is a plus, and the position is full-time in Ajman.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS).
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
• Collect data on land features, structures, and boundaries.
• Analyze data to create maps, reports, and documents for clients.
• Verify survey data against records and, if needed, conduct additional surveys.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure surveying accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols on site.
