Job summary

Jing Hau in Dibba-El-Fujairah is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join the team. You will conduct field surveys, interpret legal descriptions, and compile data from maps, GPS devices, and surveys to support client projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in surveying, professional certification preferred, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field (required).
• Professional certification from local surveying authority (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent knowledge of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and gather data.
• Read and interpret legal descriptions of land.
• Compile data from maps, aerial photographs, surveys and GPS devices.
• Analyze survey results to make recommendations.
• Prepare survey reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveying activities.
• Meet deadlines for projects in a timely manner.
