Job summary

Flyper in the UAE is seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will take accurate land measurements and determine property boundaries using modern surveying equipment.

The role requires interpreting maps and drawings, producing detailed technical reports, and maintaining precise survey records. A valid driving license and willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field.
• Ability to produce detailed technical reports for clients.
• Ability to interpret maps, plans and drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in land surveying desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey plans and diagrams using measurements taken onsite.
• Operate surveying equipment such as total station, GPS receivers and levels.
• Collect data from aerial photography or satellite images.
• Calculate distances, areas, volumes and angles.
• Identify property boundaries using documents such as deeds or maps.
• Maintain accurate records of surveys carried out.
