Job summary

Flyper in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join the team. You will collect terrain data, analyze boundaries, and document results using notes, drawings, and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and has at least 3 years of field experience. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Knowledge of surveying principles and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect data about the terrain using various surveying tools and instruments.
• Analyze survey data to calculate sizes, locations, property boundaries and other characteristics of land areas.
• Document survey results using notes and drawings, as well as digital software programs such as AutoCAD.
• Prepare surveys and maps for legal documents, such as property deeds and titles, subdivision plans, leases, etc.
