Job summary

Abroad Work in Bani Yas City, UAE, is seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team. You will conduct land surveys, including aerial and topographic tasks, and help determine boundaries and elevations for properties.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of surveying laws, be able to work independently, and communicate clearly. GIS software experience is a plus; familiarity with GPS measurements and data reporting will be valued.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of surveying laws and regulations.
GIS software experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of mathematics principles such as trigonometry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conducting land surveys, including aerial and topographic surveys, to determine boundaries and elevations of properties.
Analyzing survey results and preparing reports, maps, and other documents for government or private use.
Calculating area measurements and recording data from the field.
Assessing land features such as vegetation, soil types, mineral content, contour lines, water bodies, and other physical characteristics.
Keeping accurate records of survey results for future reference.
Using GPS systems to measure distances between points on the land surface.
Working in adverse weather conditions as necessary.
