Land Surveyor Vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are open to considering an immigrant for the position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting land surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial properties using various instruments and techniques.
2. Collecting data on areas such as boundary limits, legal descriptions, topography, soil composition, and other elements associated with the project.
3. Preparing detailed maps that accurately reflect the surveyed area’s features.
4. Analyzing survey data collected in order to produce accurate results.
5. Ensuring all survey results adhere to applicable codes and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Survey Technology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. At least 3 years of experience conducting land surveys required.
3. Knowledge of surveying laws, rules, regulations, principles, and practices required.
4. Ability to read blueprints necessary for completion of projects required.
