We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards. Responsibilities: - Conduct precise land surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology. - Prepare and maintain detailed records, maps, and reports of surveyed areas. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate site data. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during all surveying activities. - Interpret survey data to establish property boundaries and topographical details. - Assist in the planning and design phases by providing essential surveying data. - Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments regularly. - Resolve any discrepancies arising during surveying processes.

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. - Proficiency with surveying tools and software such as GPS, GIS, AutoCAD, and Total Stations. - Strong knowledge of local land laws, regulations, and construction codes. - Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and contractors. - Physically capable of working in outdoor environments and varied terrain. - Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
