Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Dubai is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to measure and map land, using GPS receivers, theodolites and related tools. This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary of 1800 USD.

You will prepare maps, analyze data, and work with engineers and contractors to ensure plan accuracy. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying and at least two years’ experience; English communication is essential, with Arabic a plus.

Land Surveyor

We are a leading land surveying company in Dubai, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land, using various surveying tools and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, and elevations of land
• Use surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment to collect data
• Prepare detailed maps and drawings based on survey data
• Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accuracy in construction plans
• Utilize biometric passport technology for secure access to sensitive areas
• Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred but not required
