Land Surveyor – Jabal-Ali

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys for the preparation of maps, legal documents, and other related records. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month and is open to immigrant applicants.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in land surveying
2. Demonstrated knowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and techniques
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
5. Proficiency with standard surveying equipment (e.g., transits, levels, total station)

Job Duties:

1. Perform research to determine the exact location of boundaries as indicated by legal descriptions on deeds or other sources
2. Set up survey equipment to accurately measure angles, distances, elevations, areas and more
3. Analyze survey data for accuracy and inconsistencies
4. Prepare detailed reports on survey activities
5. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with site plans
6. Develop plans for soil testing as necessary
7. Oversee quality assurance activities on projects
