Land Surveyor

ACC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Land Surveyor to manage and oversee land surveying activities for our construction projects in the UAE. The Senior Land Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate measurements, data analysis, and spatial information to support construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and conduct land surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Oversee the work of survey teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Analyze survey data, prepare reports, and create detailed drawings.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and technologies, such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Interpret and apply land laws, regulations, and survey standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all survey work.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management.
• Identify and resolve surveying-related issues that may arise during construction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• 8-14 years of progressive experience in land surveying within the construction industry.
• Preference for experience in high-rise building projects.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
• Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UAE land laws, regulations, and survey standards.
