Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations of natural features, land boundaries, and topography on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, and the ability to use surveying equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to locate and measure property boundaries, topography, and other natural features using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Prepare accurate drawings and maps based on survey data using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data in order to create reports detailing findings and recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data and alignment with project plans
- Maintain all surveying equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, CAD software, and other surveying tools
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to calculate angles, distances, elevations, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
- Valid driver's license
