Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced recreational environment with adults.
• Must be physically fit to conduct activities in various weather conditions.

Job description

• Facilitate and present small and large scale activities independently or with other Resort Activities Animators as needed in anadult environment

• Assist in the setup for all facilitated activities and execute duties related to the activities and completion of programsbefore during and after the facilities open / activity ends.

• Interact with and supervise all adults participating in activities programs by providing a safe environment for all ages to enjoy themselves

• Contribute new activity ideas and assist in the future development of Resort Activities as well as other programs

• Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR

• Minimum 1 year recent experience working in a highvolume fastpaced recreationalenvironment with adults.

• Positive outgoing and professional attitude.

• Strong communication skills additional foreign language is an asset (Russian).

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

• Flexible and good Team Spirit.

• Previous experience facilitating / hosting many types of games crafts activities interactive programming etc.

• Must be physically fit and able to run all activities in any weather including walkingplaying sports and water sports.
