Job Description

Facilitate and present small and large scale activities independently or with other Resort Activities Animators, as needed in an adult environment.

Assist in the set-up for all facilitated activities and execute duties related to the activities and completion of programs before, during, and after the facilities open / activity ends.

Interact with and supervise all adults participating in activities programs by providing a safe environment for all ages to enjoy themselves.

Contribute new activity ideas and assist in the future development of Resort Activities, as well as other programs.

Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current Standard First Aid with CPR

Minimum 1 year recent experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recreational environment with adults.

Positive, outgoing and professional attitude.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible and good Team Spirit.

Previous experience facilitating / hosting many types of games, crafts, activities, interactive programming, etc.

Must be physically fit and able to run all activities in any weather including walking, playing sports and water sports.
