Job summary

Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group, is seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee land freight operations in the Abu Dhabi area. You will coordinate vehicle arrangements, monitor delivery schedules and maintain records to support a fast, reliable logistics team.

The role requires 3-4 years in logistics or supply chain, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

3-4 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain.
High school diploma; bachelor's degree or additional qualifications in logistics or business administration are a plus.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic, and basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Arrange vehicles upon request to meet specifications.
Inform drivers of tasks and follow up for timely reporting.
Gather transportation needs before arranging vehicles.
Minimize idle time and ensure timely driver incentives and closures.
Plan routes, select transport modes and track shipments for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient transport processes.
Develop and monitor performance metrics, work schedules and delivery timelines.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints efficiently.
Renew driver and vehicle permissions and certifications on time.
Maintain vehicle asset records and monitor fuel costs.
