Job summary

EQT is seeking a data analytics professional to collaborate across its Land department in Dubai, delivering data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions. You will drive SQL-based modelling, build AI-enabled pipelines, and ensure governance across data assets.

You will partner with BI/IT and delivery teams to implement changes in Salesforce, Databricks, and Claude Enterprise, translating business opportunities into practical AI designs that accelerate land outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of coding experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for implementing and optimizing analytical logic.
• Working proficiency in R for statistical and analytical use cases.
• Proven experience delivering complex analytics solutions in a BI or enterprise environment.
• Strong grounding in software development best practices including version control and testing.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Experience developing shared analytics libraries
