Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, or data analytics.
2+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire development and administration.
Strong SQL experience including stored procedures, RLS, and ABAC.
Knowledge of data lakes, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Design and develop data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and accuracy.
Provide technical guidance and support to end users and share analytics best practices.
Document solution architecture, data models, and technical designs.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver project requirements.
