You will implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines with PySpark, Kafka, and SQL, ensure banking-grade governance, and collaborate with Data Scientists and DevOps to deploy models to production. The role emphasizes security, performance, and scalable cloud architectures.

Qualifications

• Banking/regulatory data practices and security standards required.
• Experience with AWS data services and Databricks preferred.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Lakehouse architectures on AWS (Databricks, Delta Lake).
• Build batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Kafka, and SQL.
• Optimize performance and storage costs across AWS services and data platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and MLOps to support feature engineering and model deployment.
• Implement governance, security, and auditing to meet banking requirements.
• Develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines to streamline data engineering deliverables.
