Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior midwifery/nursing leader to guide a dedicated team in patient-centric, evidence-based care. You will ensure clinical standards, drive quality and maintain positive patient experiences through staff development and proactive resource management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Midwifery with 3–5 years’ senior experience (private hospital preferred) and fluency in relevant regulatory frameworks and practice. A Master’s degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in midwifery or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated experience in senior midwifery/nursing roles.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and DoH Abu Dhabi standards.
