Job summary

M42 Health is seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst to support the full spectrum of chemical analyses, sample prep, and testing within a compliant lab environment in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Master’s preferred) and 1–3 years of experience with LIMS and ISO/IEC 17025. You will handle data integrity, instrument operation, and ensure safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years’ laboratory experience in chemical analysis, sample preparation, and testing.
• Familiarity with LIMS and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited environments.
• Knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry, quality systems, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with laboratory documentation, equipment operation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, track, store, and manage laboratory samples with chain-of-custody.
• Perform sample preparation, extraction, testing, and analyses per SOPs and quality standards.
• Record, review, and manage laboratory data using LIMS and other systems.

• Adhere to health, safety, environmental, and waste management requirements.

• Accurately record, review, and manage laboratory data and documentation using LIMS and other laboratory systems.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Support compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, quality assurance programs, audits, proficiency testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to laboratory health, safety, environmental, and waste management requirements.
• Prepare reagents, standards, controls, and laboratory consumables and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of results.
