Job Summary:
We are looking to hire skilled and dedicated Emirati Laboratory Technicians to join a reputable Medical Facility in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality laboratory testing services, assisting in diagnostics and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory procedures in line with the facility's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures on patient samples including blood, urine, and other bodily fluids.
  
• Prepare, maintain, and sterilize laboratory equipment and instruments.
  
• Ensure accurate recording of patient test results and lab reports, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to quality control standards.
  
• Work closely with physicians, medical professionals, and laboratory team members to provide accurate test results for patient diagnoses.
  
• Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and processes.
  
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all laboratory practices are in line with industry standards.
  
• Manage and organize laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is up to date and ordering supplies as needed.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory technology and techniques.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationals Only)
  
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  
• Certifications: Valid certifications from recognized health authorities in the UAE (e.g. DHA, MOH, or HAAD).
  
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Laboratory Technician in a healthcare setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  
• Familiarity with medical laboratory software and reporting systems.
  
• Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.

Requirements: To qualify for the position you must have:
