Job summary

Position Overview

Laboratory Analyst roles in Abu Dhabi with ADNOC Group support plant operations by performing analytical testing of process streams, samples, and HSE-related materials in line with internationally accepted standard methods. This role ensures data accuracy, quality assurance, and safe laboratory operations to support production, research, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative laboratory analyses according to approved standard methods and instructions
• Collect plant samples using internationally accepted sampling procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Receive sample lists and enter analytical results into the Laboratory Information Management System and reporting tools
• Prepare, standardize, and manage chemical reagents used for routine laboratory tests and online analyzers
• Report instrument malfunctions, operating faults, or equipment damage to the shift supervisor
• Monitor adherence to sampling procedures and schedules to ensure equipment performance and data reliability
• Conduct trial runs on newly installed or repaired laboratory equipment and analyzers to verify functionality and accuracy
• Maintain and update inventory records for chemicals, calibration materials, gases, spare parts, and consumables
• Ensure timely replenishment of laboratory supplies to support continuous operations
• Follow all HSE guidelines, laboratory safety procedures, and quality assurance requirements
