Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments following standard protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams regarding product quality issues.
  • Develop and validate new analytical methods to improve testing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols in the laboratory environment.
  • Analyze data and compile reports on laboratory findings for senior management review.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of laboratory technical issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within laboratory operations and processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on laboratory best practices and technologies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Provide support in research and development projects within the laboratory.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of standard laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  • Experience with laboratory analytical instruments, such as HPLC and GC-MS.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for report documentation.
  • Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for record keeping.
