Job Duties
  1. Under direct supervision, trains and becomes familiar with the chemical hygiene plan and current HSE laboratory safety standards.
  2. Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing duties.
  3. Performs duties to conduct prototype or laboratory tests following prescribed procedures.
  4. Learn to build equipment and/or perform basic material or environmental tests using electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment.
  5. Learn to document test data for reporting purposes.
  6. Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment and results.
  7. Perform job tasks correctly to ensure minimal impact on the organization's viability.

Skills typically acquired through eight (8) hours of college chemistry (preferred).
