Job description

We are the Innovation Lab team, working on Low Cost Process Automation for the AMET region and beyond.

Our portfolio includes:

1. Low Cost Automation Projects
2. Lab testing for Operations, Safety, Ergonomics, ACES, MHEs
3. Package quality testing

The right candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative work of the Lab, which includes:

1. Conducting internal lab testing for Operations, Safety, Ergonomics, ACES, MHEs, and Package quality
2. Administrative tasks for the lab
3. Providing logistical support for projects
4. Raising and managing purchase orders
5. Managing the lab ticket queue
6. Managing project updates

Key responsibilities

The candidate will assist the Operations integration team with:

1. Administration of multiple projects
2. Physical testing of new equipment
3. Connecting with new vendors to build MENA's own vendor base
4. Coordinating internal and external visits to the lab

A day in the life

The ideal candidate should be able to lead technicians and project team members, design solutions for challenging problems, manage vendors, handle emergencies, oversee multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tight deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• UAE National with Family Book
• Proven troubleshooting skills under high pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work shifts as required
