Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced security engineer to provide L3 engineering and deep troubleshooting for complex enterprise security issues, incidents, and escalations. You will design, configure, harden, review, and optimize security solutions and policies.

You will support security architecture reviews, technology upgrades, migrations, and DR exercises, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with SOC and other teams, and manage incidents and changes per ITSM

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewall platforms and secure web gateways.
• Experience reviewing security architectures and implementing policy hardening.
• Background in incident, problem and change management processes.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Provide L3 engineering and deep troubleshooting support for complex security infrastructure issues, incidents, and escalations. Design, configure, harden, review, and optimize enterprise security solutions and security policies. Support security architecture reviews, solution design, technology upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities. Perform root-cause analysis and resolution of complex security and connectivity issues across multiple security platforms. Provide technical support for Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, resilience testing, failover, and recovery activities. Review existing security configurations and policies and recommend improvements based on security best practices and operational requirements. Work closely with infrastructure, network, application, SOC, and other technical teams to resolve security-related issues. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with established ITSM processes.
