You have extensive experience in arts administration or cultural management within galleries and museums, with a deep understanding of exhibition planning, artwork management, loans, and logistics. Highly organized and collaborative, you work effectively with teams to streamline workflows and ensure high-quality execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Founded in 2012 with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels, L’ÉCOLE – School of Jewelry Arts offers an exclusive program, revolving around three main themes: savoir-faire, history of jewelry, and the universe of gemstones.

Reporting to the L’ÉCOLE Development Manager, you will ensure the operational management and smooth running of local exhibitions of L’ÉCOLE Middle East, and contribute to the growth and animation of the local network of lenders. To that extend, you will:

  • Orchestrate seamless exhibition experience, from setup to dismantling, including production, on-ground support, contractor management, maintenance follow-up, etc.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of compelling cultural program that engage and inspire audiences
  • Support regional activations to expand our reach and impact within the community
