Job summary

Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital in Al Ain is seeking a Senior Midwife/Nurse Manager to lead the midwifery team in delivering patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care. You will ensure operational efficiency, develop staff, and foster positive patient experiences in a private hospital setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Midwifery with 3–5 years of senior midwifery experience; a Master’s in Midwifery/Nursing is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in midwifery or equivalent is essential.
• Master’s degree in midwifery/nursing or related healthcare field is desirable.
• 3–5 years’ senior midwifery experience essential; 5–10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the midwifery/nursing team to provide patient-centric, evidence-based care.
• Ensure practices follow clinical standards and evidence-based care.
• Develop employees to enhance patient experiences and engagement.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical resources cost-effectively to enhance safe patient care.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and clinical standards for continuous quality improvement.
