Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and innovative Arabic-speaking Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver high-impact training initiatives for our client's diverse workforce, including both local and expatriate talent. Responsibilities
  • Build a centralized training academy to deliver leadership, functional, and behavioral learning programs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to align learning strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding and skills development initiatives to empower employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to design and develop engaging training content.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to maximize learner engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of learning by promoting growth and development across the organization.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in L&D facilitation and instructional design.
  • Skilled in e-learning tools such as Articulate, Moodle, and MS Teams.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing UAE Nationals within a corporate environment.
