Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing experiential learning solutions such as simulations and digital games.
• Strong understanding of retail industry commercial and operational requirements.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and Vyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop facilitators, managers, and delivery partners to enhance scaled learning impacts.
• Embed a strong culture of coaching, accountability, and consistent performance standards.
• Design strategic outcome-driven learning architectures tailored to diverse business contexts, integrating commercial relevance and innovative solutions.

• Drive creative learning engagement campaigns with visual, digital, and design tools to enhance learner experience.
• Build stakeholder networks and relationships using consultative engagement and visual storytelling to influence decisions.
• Oversee delivery across programs, ensuring facilitation standards, disciplined execution, and sustained engagement beyond the classroom.
• Utilize data reporting tools to generate insights for decision-making, program enhancement, and communication.

Success involves driving engagement through creative digital campaigns and building strong stakeholder relationships to position L&D as a key value driver. Maintaining high standards of delivery, the consultant uses strategic learning solutions to ensure practical business application and reporting insights for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:
