Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Technical Lead – DevSecOps to guide secure, scalable Kubernetes infrastructure, including Rancher-based clusters, RKE2, and GPU Operator deployment. The role emphasizes automation, reliability, and secure container orchestration across enterprise environments.

You will drive DevSecOps best practices and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate has hands-on Kubernetes expertise, experience with GPU Operator on RKE2, and solid GitOps knowledge using Argo CD or Flux,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Significant hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps and Kubernetes engineering experience.
• Certifications such as CKA/CKS/CKAD are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and management of Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot clusters, workloads, networking, storage, and resources.
• Manage Rancher including provisioning, access control, monitoring, and lifecycle.
• Implement and operate RKE2 Kubernetes clusters for secure production environments.
