Job description

You will provide support to various human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, and administration. The HR Intern will assist in ensuring that the HR department runs smoothly by handling day-to-day HR activities and performing other HR-related tasks as needed.



Your Tasks

• Assist with HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
• Post job openings on the company website.
• Organize and maintain employee records and databases.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Conduct research and help develop HR policies and processes.
• Maintain and update job descriptions.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary.
• Prepare HR reports and data for analysis.
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.



Your Profile

• Graduate or in the last year of studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, follow-up, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures; a good team player.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
• Fluent in English.
