As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of our Supply Chain Management, including Material Management, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics. This role will support, but not be limited to, the definition and creation of processes and regional analysis.
Your Tasks
- Support the preparation and monitoring of MEA regional supply chain KPIs, present weekly and monthly reports to the team, and identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations based on new business requirements, specifically in the areas of Forecasting.
- Develop and implement reports; provide consultation and training concerning Microsoft Power BI within the MEA region team.
- Collaborate and support cross-functionally within the MEA Region and Global HQ.
- Support the team in delivering strategic projects.
Your Profile
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Business Engineering.
- Excellent analytical, organizational & follow-up, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to react quickly to problems and find solutions.
- Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player, willing to learn.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and experience in SAP [R/3 or S4 Hana].
- Knowledge of Power Automate or similar RPA tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
