Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and fryers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with kitchen appliances and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including equipment sanitation and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and engineering teams for any necessary equipment installations or replacements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar technical maintenance role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and mechanical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
