Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment (ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.).
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen appliances and systems.
3. Ensure kitchen equipment meets safety and health regulations.
4. Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
5. Assist in the installation of new kitchen equipment when required.
6. Work closely with the kitchen staff to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Kitchen Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and systems.
