Kitchen Steward (Private Location)

We are currently looking for a young, dynamic, self-motivated individual available to work at a private location.

As a Kitchen Steward, you are responsible for providing a clean and efficient service as well as maintaining the required hygiene standards.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors, and holding areas as well as the operation equipment.
2. Work in close cooperation with all Kitchen and service colleagues.
3. Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
4. Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
5. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

Skills:

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

1. You should ideally have vocational training in food & beverage with previous experience as a Kitchen Steward.
2. Command of English is essential.

1. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, hardworking, and committed individual with the capability to adapt easily.
2. You will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm and focused under pressure, have attention to detail, and should possess the following competencies.
