Job summary

Key Duties

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including heavy pots, pans, and cooking surfaces, according to hotel health and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring that clean cutlery, plates, and glasses are always available during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Follow all waste disposal and recycling procedures to maintain a safe and organized working environment in the back-of-house area.

Compensation & Rewards

• A consistent monthly salary ranging from 2800 to 4000 AED, supplemented by a share of the monthly hotel service charge.
